For the last few seasons in March, Hofstra University men's lacrosse has done a special edition uniform. Often, these would be a St. Patrick's Day colorway to pair with their annual Irish Festival celebrations. For the second year in a row however, the team decided to go with a Military Appreciation theme for their March 9th clash against Ohio State University.

The team wanted a red, white, and blue American flag theme for the uniform. We wanted the uniform to to be creative and unique and a departure from a tired 'stars and stripes' design too often replicated in this type of game. After many back and forth revisions, we landed on the below design.

Matching custom gloves and a custom helmet was also created for this game to complete the look for the Pride.
